Planning permission for ATM at Royal Oak, Haworth

A planning application has been received by Bradford’s Planning Department from Tesco’s via their agents, Edgeplan Ltd to install an ATM in what is currently the Royal Oak Public House.  The letter accompanying this application, however, states that this will be part of a Tesco’s Express which Tesco’s plan to open at 2 Mill Hey (currently the Royal Oak) for which, they state, they do not need planning permission.
If you feel strongly about this you will need to register your comment with the Planning Department either online by going to  http://www.bradford.gov.uk/bmdc/planning and searching for the reference 14/03552/FUL or the address 2 Mill Hey, or in writing to Planning Service, Bradford Metropolitan Disctrict Council, Jacob’s Well, Bradford BD1 5RW, quoting the reference number.  The closing date for comments is 28th September 2014.
This application will be discussed as the Parish Council’s Planning Advisory Committee meeting on 22nd September at 7.00pm at West Lane Baptist Church, which members of the public may attend if they wish.”
